1. About XONYL

XONYL is an online retail brand operated from the Philippines. We offer smart rings, wearable technology and related accessories to customers, including customers located in the United States and Canada.

Some products may be sourced, processed, fulfilled or shipped by third-party manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers or other service partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order through our website. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Products and Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, photographs and compatibility information as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing updates or normal production tolerances. Packaging, accessories, software features and specifications may also be updated where an equivalent or improved version is supplied.

Only features and specifications shown on the applicable product page at the time of purchase should be relied upon. Marketing images are presented for illustration and may include styling accessories that are not included with the product.

4. Wellness and Health Disclaimer

XONYL smart rings and related applications are intended for general wellness, fitness and informational purposes only.

Unless expressly supported by an applicable regulatory authorization, XONYL products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, monitor, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Readings such as heart rate, blood oxygen estimates, sleep information, temperature trends, activity measurements or recovery information may be affected by fit, movement, skin contact, environmental conditions, software processing and individual differences.

Do not use information from a XONYL product as a substitute for medical advice. Contact a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concern, symptoms or medical decision.

5. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include duties, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees or taxes that may be assessed by the destination country or local authority.

We may change prices, promotions and availability at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment has been approved and we send an order confirmation or begin processing the order.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be verified or authorized.
• The shipping information is incomplete or appears inaccurate.
• We identify suspected fraud, abuse or unauthorized resale.
• A price, description or technical error materially affected the order.
• We cannot legally or practically ship to the destination.

If a paid order is cancelled before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment method, subject to the processor’s timing.

7. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment services may be provided by independent third-party processors.

XONYL does not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery information will be shown on the website, product page, checkout page or order confirmation where available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing and transit may be affected by:

• Product availability and order verification.
• Carrier operating schedules.
• Customs inspection or import processing.
• Weather, holidays or high-volume periods.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused shipment or unclaimed parcel may be deducted from any available refund where legally permitted.

9. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, sales taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or similar government assessments.

Unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country or local authority. XONYL does not control these assessments.

10. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to follow the applicable return process rather than being cancelled.

11. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, return periods, product-condition requirements, return shipping responsibility and any exclusions will be governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on xonyl.com at the time of purchase.

Until the final Return and Refund Policy is published, customers should contact orders@xonyl.com before sending any product back.

Products returned without authorization may be delayed, refused or sent back to the customer.

12. Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, materially defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at orders@xonyl.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video where reasonably requested. We may require reasonable troubleshooting before approving a replacement, repair, credit or refund.

13. Warranty

Any applicable product warranty, warranty duration, coverage and exclusions will be stated on the product page, in the product documentation or in a separate Warranty Policy.

A warranty will generally not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper charging, ordinary cosmetic wear, failure to follow product instructions or exposure beyond the product’s stated resistance rating.

14. Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct or repeated violation of these Terms.

15. Intellectual Property

The XONYL name, logo, website design, written content, graphics and original brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

16. Third-Party Services

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, software applications and social-media platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. XONYL is not responsible for an independent third party’s website, availability, content or data-handling practices.

17. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website to:

• Commit fraud or submit unauthorized payment information.
• Interfere with the website’s operation or security.
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape, copy or exploit website content unlawfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XONYL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to customers in their country, state or province.

Before beginning formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting each other.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, operations, service providers or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
