XONYL Fit Guide
Find Your
Right Fit.
A smart ring should feel secure without feeling tight. Follow this guide to choose your finger, measure carefully, and confirm the fit before placing your order.

Secure, Not Tight
The ring should remain in place without restricting circulation or creating discomfort.
Check Your Knuckle
It should pass over the knuckle with mild resistance, without requiring excessive force.
Measure More Than Once
Finger size can change with temperature, activity, hydration, and time of day.
Choose the Finger First
Measure the exact hand and finger where you plan to wear your XONYL ring.
Three Simple Steps
Measure With Confidence
Work through each step carefully before selecting your ring size.

Choose the exact finger and hand where you plan to wear your XONYL ring. The index, middle, or ring finger can work well when the ring sits securely and maintains comfortable skin contact.
Avoid a finger where the knuckle is significantly wider than the base, because this can make the ring difficult to size correctly.
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits the same finger, or use a non-stretch strip of paper to measure your finger circumference.
Record the measurement in millimeters and compare it with the XONYL size chart below.
The ring should feel secure without causing pressure, numbness, or discomfort. It should remain in place during normal movement and should not spin freely around your finger.
Measure again later in the day when your hands are at a normal temperature before placing your order.
Measurement Methods
Choose the Method That Works for You

Measure the Inside Diameter
- Choose a ring that fits the same finger where you will wear your XONYL ring.
- Place the ring on a flat surface.
- Measure straight across the center of the inside opening.
- Do not include the thickness of the ring itself.
- Record the inside diameter in millimeters.

Measure Your Finger Circumference
- Cut a narrow strip of non-stretch paper.
- Wrap it snugly around the widest part of your finger.
- Mark the point where the paper overlaps.
- Lay the strip flat and measure the length in millimeters.
- Compare the measurement with the size chart.
Final Fit Check
Know How It Should Feel
Moves or Spins Freely
The ring slips, rotates with little resistance, or loses secure skin contact during normal movement.
Secure and Comfortable
The ring stays in place, maintains comfortable contact, and moves over the knuckle with mild resistance.
Pressure or Discomfort
The ring causes pain, numbness, tingling, discoloration, or deep pressure marks.
