1. About XONYL
XONYL is an e-commerce brand selling smart ring health tracking devices. Products sold through xonyl.com are sourced from third-party manufacturers and fulfilled through a dropshipping model. Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner in Guangdong, China.
2. Products & Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including specifications, features, and imagery. Please note the following confirmed product specifications for XONYL Core:
- Material: Titanium Grade 5 (Titanium Alloy)
- Waterproof rating: IP67 (resistant to dust and water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes — not suitable for swimming, diving, or submersion beyond these limits)
- Battery life: 5–10 days depending on usage and settings
- Charging: Magnetic Dock (included)
- Connectivity: Bluetooth Low Energy
- Compatible with iOS and Android
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and screen calibration differences.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on xonyl.com are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price charged at the time of purchase is the price you will pay.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
XONYL operates on a dropshipping model. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard international shipping: 10–20 business days after order processing
- Processing time: 3–5 business days before dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or other factors outside our control
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. XONYL is not responsible for delays caused by customs, third-party carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
To initiate a return, contact us at orders@xonyl.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not return items without prior authorization.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
7. Warranty
XONYL Core comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Water damage beyond the product's IP67 rating
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by use of third-party accessories or chargers

XONYL smart rings are consumer health tracking devices intended for general wellness purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Health data provided by the ring (including heart rate, SpO2, sleep staging, and temperature) should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding your health.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on xonyl.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design — is the property of XONYL and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
